Cancellation Policy
Either party may terminate this Agreement after the initial 120-day campaign period, by providing fourteen (14) days written notice.
Termination during the initial 120-day period is not permitted unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All fees paid prior to termination are non-refundable.
Fulfillment & Service Continuation Guarantee
INNOVO Acquisitions does not offer refunds on services rendered.
However, we offer the following service continuation guarantee:
If, after the initial 120-day campaign period, INNOVO Acquisitions has not generated consistent qualified lead flow as outlined in the agreed scope of services, we will continue providing the agreed service at no additional management fee until consistent qualified lead flow is achieved.
This guarantee applies only to management and service fees and does not include advertising spend, third-party software fees, or external costs.
Conditions of the Guarantee
This guarantee is valid only if the Client meets all of the following conditions:
The Client agrees to contact all leads within 72 hours of lead generation.
All lead contact attempts and outcomes must be tracked within the CRM provided by INNOVO Acquisitions or an approved equivalent system.
The Client must maintain a minimum advertising spend of $3,000 USD during the initial 120-day campaign period.
The Client must actively participate in follow-up and closing activities. INNOVO Acquisitions is not responsible for lead conversion, sales performance, or revenue outcomes.
Any failure to comply with the above conditions voids the service continuation guarantee.
